gentle morning yoga

This gentle class is designed to wake-up every part of the body and leave you feeling energized and calm. Each practice includes a full-body stretch, no-impact strength and mobility work and ends in guided relaxation. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, other props provided as needed. Runs 1-1.25 hr
