DESCRIPTION:You asked – we listened! After our really popular visible mending workshop many of you reached out to ask for a follow-up embroidery class. Join our program director Deb Eck\, who has been sewing since she was a small child\, for this beginner level class. Never picked up a needle? No problem. This workshop will cover all the basics of thread\, needle and fabric selection\, how to mark out your fabric and transfer patterns\, and of course\, introduce a range of starter stitches you can build upon to create a contemporary sampler. \nThanks as always to our wonderful pop-up partner\, ARTCloth + Craft\, for letting us use their pretty space again while we wait for construction to wrap up. \nThe workshop includes all materials and supplies and will take place over two evenings – March 23rd and 30th from 6-8pm. \nSeating is limited.
