DESCRIPTION:Try a peaceful start to your holiday season this year with a blackout meditation workshop in our beautiful new community art studios. Skip the holiday crowds (or recover from your early morning shopping) and join our program director Deb to learn this affordable and calming art. \nDeb will gently guide you through the relaxing art of blackout meditation. What is that? It’s an art form I invented many decades ago\, a mash up of blackout poetry\, doodling and occasionally some drawing & coloring. \nThis session will cover the how-to-get-started basics\, along with a few different techniques you can use to take your blackouts to the next level. Absolutely NO prior art experience needed! \nAll participants will receive a bonus holiday stencil to use in the workshop and take home. \n
