All levels of students welcome – no prior experience necessary! The class fee includes all necessary materials and use of tools and equipment. \nThis will be an IN PERSON class. While we wait on our new location to be finished we will be using the art rooms at Infinity Visual and Performing arts in Jamestown\, NY. All local covid regulations will be observed. DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJoin guest teaching artist Lyn Harris\, and learn to make basic felted shapes and then use them to create unique pieces of wearable art! Students will learn to make felted beads and ropes\, as well as techniques for using them to make pins\, bracelets and necklaces. If time allows we will cover basic floral shapes. All levels welcome. No prior felting experience needed. \nThe class fee includes all materials including high quality merino top wool and a small selection of beads\, findings and embellishments\, plus use of wet and needle felting supplies. Students are encouraged to bring any beads or decorative threads they wish to use to embellish their creations.\nThis will be an IN PERSON class.
