Ecoprinting workshop

Join Pearl City Clay House program director, Deb Eck, at the library for an introduction to printing with natural materials. This workshop will explore the art if eco-printing or botanical contact printing on fabric. Each participant will have the opportunity to print their own silk scarf during the workshop, and experiment with several other processes while our scarves cook. We will be working outside so please come dressed for the weather. Participants are welcome to bring small amounts of foliage from their own gardens or trail walks to use in their work and to share with the group – but materials will be provided.
