Make a brown bag journal

Learn the art of making a hardbound long stitch journal with our resident book binder (and program director), Deb. While the technique we will be using to create our books dates back to the Medieval era, the materials will be decidedly modern as we repurpose a born paper lunch bag as the cover for our book. This class will cover all teh basics of bookbinding, including materials selection, paper grain and of course the sewing technique. Each participant will leave with a small hardbound journal which they create!
