Join guest artist Susan L. Martenson, who is currently visiting from Italy, in the craft studio to improve your handwriting – just in time for holiday cards and gift tags, with fabulous envelopes. Susan is an experienced calligrapher and she is ready to help you master the fine art of lettering! In this fun and relaxing beginner workshop students will learn the basics of modern calligraphy, this ever popular script, through numerous writing exercises. By practicing both upper and lower case alphabets, students will master the use of the pen, and find their unique writing style. During the final session Susan will share some ideas of how to take your holiday notes, cards and envelopes to the next level. Make your correspondence Instagram-worthy this holiday season!

There is a $10 kit fee (for the pen, pen tip and ink) payable to the instructor on the first day of the workshop.
