Yoga

Each practice includes a full-body stretch, no-impact strength, functional movement and mobility work and ends with guided relaxation. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, other props provided as needed. Runs 1-1.25 hr
A yoga practitioner since 2001 Karen Hansen is trained in the Sri Vidya Yoga Tradition. She completed her formal studies at the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science & Philosophy earning her 200 & 500 Hour Yoga Teaching Certifications as well as her Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Certification (AYS). Karen’s teaching is rooted in mindfulness, and encourages calm, balance and compassion.
